Items will have availability status shown once a size/Color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page as well. While we will do our best to ship the products as soon as we can, there is a possibility of the shipment reaching your door-step late due to conditions and reasons which are not under our control. Delivery times vary depending on the state you are located in and the carrier that is used to ship your consignment. Delivery can be expected within 5-6 business days in most cities/towns and in 10-12 business days in areas that are difficult to serve. Delivery timeline is exclusive of weekend or holidays.
Note: While we and our associates do our best to package the product(s) in the best possible way, we suggest you to check the package for any kind of tampering or damage before accepting or signing off the POD receipt. In case of any discrepancy as above, kindly DO NOT accept the package and let us know the details through email or phone.
Please note that shipping costs being charged are as per the actuals of the carrier partner. For orders where the total amount is more than Rs. 4499/- (Four Thousand four hundred ninety nine), shipping is Free!
You may be charged an additional octroi or tax from your local governing authority.
A confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent once the product(s) are shipped out to you. You can also view all these details under “MY ACCOUNT” top menu, once you login.
The package can then be tracked on the carrier’s website with the tracking information sent to you. Please note that tracking information is updated 18-24 hours after the shipment is collected from our store or our associates’ warehouse, hence the online details might be visible only after the stipulated timeframe.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
